Pukepine Distribution Centre - Redi-Mix Steel Fibre Concrete

Bowers was approached by Conslab for the supply of a high strength concrete for the Pukepine Storage Sheds floors in Kerepehi. Bowers Concrete Paeroa Plant was selected for the concrete which required a reliable and content supply throughout the job. Steel fibre was added to the trucks at the plant after the load was batched to ensure a consistent dispersion of fibre throughout the pours to ensure quality and consistency of the mix. Bowers Brothers supplied over 1000m3 35MPa concrete with 35kgm3 Fibercon S38 steel fibre. A job well done by everyone involved to ensure the end customer got exactly what was required.
